Blackwing Wines are made to reflect the varietal fruit characteristics from each grape variety.
 One of the most damaging scourges in our vineyard can be those small birds which peck at the fruit, leaving them to rot. We control these birds by deterring, rather than destroying them. Scraps of offal littered around the vineyard during the ripening season attract a family of hawks, whose menacing presence deters the smaller birds.The shadowy spectre of these hawks, eerily floating over the vines, lends its name to this fine range of varietal wines - Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.Blackwing Wines are made to reflect the varietal fruit characteristics from each grape variety.They are youthful, modern styles, full flavoured yet soft and lingering on the palate.

Trig Point is the name of a great surfing beach in South Australia. Sweet, fruity, chewy and juicy Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate has a lush texture and a firm finish.
